The G650 features a top speed of Mach 0.925 and a range of 7,000 nm. It is designed to fill the gap between ultra long range business jets and converted airliners. The G650's fuselage has been completely redesigned. The cross section of the fuselage reveals that the fuselage is more of a flattened oval than the circular design used on previous Gulfstreams. The G650 cabin measures 6'5'' high and 8'6 wide. Cabin windows have also been designed larger, spaced further apart, and slightly higher to provide a better viewing angle, and more legroom. 100% fresh air circulates the cabin while the cabin pressure remains 4,850 feet up to FL510. The G650 has the advanced PlaneView II cockpit by Honeywell. Two Rolls-Royce BR725 A1-12 engines power the Gulfstream 650 to a top speed of Mach 0.925 with 16,900 lbs. of thrust rated at ISA +15C. The overhaul interval for the engines is 10,000 hrs.
