The increased gross weight model, the PC-12/47, production began in 2006 and continued into 2008, when production of the PC-12NG ensued. A total of 205 of the PC-12/47 series 10 versions were manufactured. The PC-12 is powered by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-67B turboprop engine flat-rated to 1,200 shp at takeoff to ISA +36C. The four-bladed, constant-speed metal propeller is built by Hartzell and is full-feathering and reversible. Engine inspection interval is 3,500 hours.
