The Citation VI is typically equipped for six to nine passengers. The standard interior layout includes a lavatory and refreshment center in the relatively roomy cabin. Cabin dimensions are 5.9 ft in height, 5.8 ft. in width and 18 ft. in length for a total cabin volume of 438 cubic feet. While the Citation VI was physically the same aircraft as the earlier Citation III, it was offered at a lower initial cost because Cessna was able to limit interior options and standardize the avionics package. Production of the Citation VI series was ended in 1995 in favor of the Citation VII after 38 aircraft were built. The Citation VI is powered by two Garrett TFE 731-3C-100 two-spool, geared turbofan engines rated at 3,650 lbs. of thrust each. Inspection interval on the engines is 4,200 hours.
