The Citation II and II SP offer passengers a marginally quieter ride than earlier Citations due in part to the relocation of the engines further aft. The Citation II SP is powered by a pair of Pratt & Whitney of Canada JT15D-4 turbofans rated at 2,500 lbs. thrust each, with an inspection interval of 3,500 hours.
